The African Online School of Applied Research Skills (AOSARS) seeks to establish semi-autonomous journals as part of its commitment to advancing scholarly research and academic excellence across Africa and beyond. Among the journals to be established is a business-related journal, the Journal of Multidisciplinary Business Research (JMBS), which will be an open access, open peer published journal following COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association) guidelines. AOSARS is seeking suitable and qualified academicians across Africa to act as peer reviewers for this distinguished publication.
- Earned PhD in a relevant business discipline or closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization through publications and research
- Publication in peer-reviewed journals with a strong record of scholarly publications
- Experience in supervision and production of research work at university level
- Current affiliation with a recognized university or research institution
- Comprehensive knowledge of publishing best practices
- Understanding of academic writing standards and expectations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Peer reviewers’ photographs and CVs will be published under the journal editorial board.
- The journal will follow the open peer review process (not double blind process), therefore the peer reviewers’ names will be published alongside the article.
- Peer reviewers will not be paid. However, they will be facilitated at USD 40 per article reviewed
Candidates must submit their applications through institutional email to the Editor JMBS at info@aosars.com. The CV must contain:
1) List of supervised students and their thesis titles.
2) List of journal articles published.
