MS WORD CUSTOMIZATION FOR THESIS WRITING

The African Online School of Applied Research Skills (AOSARS) will host a workshop on Thursday, April 17th, 2025 focused on Microsoft Word customization for research documentation.

The workshop will provide researchers with practical skills for document formatting essential to academic and professional research presentation. Participants will learn to implement multi-level heading structures, generate automatic tables of contents, and create professional lists of figures and tables. Additional topics include cross-referencing techniques, proper numbering systems, and the strategic use of portrait and landscape orientations within a single document.

Tailored specifically for African researchers working on theses, dissertations, and research papers, this workshop addresses common documentation challenges faced in the research process. AOSARS instructors will demonstrate these techniques with real-world examples that participants can immediately apply to their own research documents.
