Live one-to-one coaching on the first four modules, from sourcing the right grant to a mapped compliance checklist.

Four live one-to-one sessions that carry you from a blank start to a fully decoded call. Your coach works beside you on your own target funders and your own live Terms of Reference, so you finish able to find calls that fit your work, set up a proper grant workspace, read a TOR the way an evaluator does, and map every eligibility and compliance requirement before you write a word.

• Applied to your own current work: you bring a real funding call and your own research or organisation, and every checklist and note you build is yours to keep.
• Covers modules 01 to 04: strategic sourcing of grants and matching funders, setting up your workspace, sharp decoding of the terms of reference, and rigorous mapping of compliance and eligibility.
• Live one-to-one sessions, sixty to ninety minutes each, reserved for close feedback on work you have already drafted.
• You leave able to judge whether a call is worth your time and to enter it fully compliant, a skill you reuse on every future bid.
