Your coach plays the appointing panel, questions your job talk and pressure-tests your application pack, and you rehearse, revise and own every answer and slide. Includes six months of e-learning access to all nine modules so you can revisit each one at your own pace.

• Applied to your own application campaign: you tailor a complete application pack to one advertised post and rehearse it until it holds, with the coach guiding and questioning while you author every word.
• Six months of e-learning access to all nine modules, to revisit each one at your own pace.
• Everything in the Full Transition package coached live, plus dedicated rehearsal sessions of up to an hour each; the coach questions and corrects, and never sits the interview for you.
