You stand up your professional email and storefront website, build your marketing and pipeline, lead your client conversations and video calls, cost and price your products and services, and stand up the behind-the-scenes systems that run without you: a single place where every client's details and history live, invoices that go out and get paid, books that stay current, and a booking page that lets clients schedule themselves and reminds them before they come, then finish with the resilience to sustain the solo life. The practice engine you set up in Foundations, your service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines and efficient use of AI and digital tools, runs underneath all of it. The human skills and the systems are coached together, the coach advises and corrects, and you build and own every part.

• Applied to your own current work: you build and practise each skill on the venture you are running right now, your website, your marketing, your rates, your client records, your invoicing and books, your pipeline and your standard operating procedures, and you own every output.
• Leads with the practice engine, brought to the front in Foundations, so your service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines, behind-the-scenes business systems and efficient use of AI and digital tools are in place before you build, and the practice runs on systems, not on you.
• Covers the complete set, all sixteen modules, from facing the human side of going solo through to resilience and self-management for the solo life.
• The efficient-use-of-AI-and-digital-tools work in the practice-engine module is shared with our consultancy transition coaching and our AI skill sets; if you have already covered it with us, tell us and we will not charge you twice.
• Live one-to-one sessions across a multi-month engagement, one a week of up to an hour, roughly sixteen in all, reserved for substantive work on what you have already built.
