[tutor_dashboard_password_reset]You finished the postgraduate degree, but you want to work for yourself, and a laptop is all you have: no business name a client trusts, no professional email, no website, no way to invoice or get paid, no system to keep leads and bookings from slipping. So the expertise is real but the business around it does not exist yet. Each week your coach stands up one working part of your solo practice with you, from your positioning and domain to disciplined AI fluency, and you build and own every piece of it.
One coach, hands-on · One live session a week, up to an hour · Built for African graduates starting a solo practice
A business name a client trusts, a professional email, a live website, invoicing that gets you paid, clean books, a client pipeline: these are built by doing them under guidance, not by reading about them. Coaching is where the capability becomes yours. You build the practice on your own venture, your coach explains the choices and corrects the setup in the moment, and each week adds another working part of a revenue-ready business, from your positioning to disciplined AI fluency. Open any pillar below to see how it moves your transition.
Every module follows the same learning loop. The coach demonstrates the setup, you build the working asset yourself on your own practice, and you are corrected and checked until it runs. You never simply watch a video alone and hope it sticks.
Why this matters: An asset you do not build yourself is one you cannot run when the coaching ends. Doing the work yourself is what makes the practice, and the revenue, honestly yours.
Across the coaching: this doing-it-yourself loop runs through all nine modules, from positioning your practice to running it lean and revenue-ready.
See the nine modulesYou work with one coach who stays with you for the whole engagement. They come to know your practice, your market and your ambitions, so the guidance is specific to you rather than generic advice repeated to a room.
Why this matters: Continuity compounds. A coach who already knows your practice can go straight to what matters, week after week.
Note: your coach never replaces your accountant or your lawyer. They work alongside them, so the practice you stand up is already sound.
See the nine modulesYou build every asset on the venture that matters, your own practice, or on guided scenarios if you are starting from just an idea. The website you publish, the invoice you send, the pipeline you set up and the books you keep are all your real business.
Why this matters: Setup applied to your own practice turns into a working business the same week, not abstract knowledge you still have to transfer.
The bright line: you build the work throughout. The coach guides and corrects, but never runs your practice or produces your deliverables for you.
See the nine modulesBecause the coach reviews your actual work, you are corrected the instant a setup slips, not weeks later when a client walks away. An invoice that will not send, a booking page that double-books, a follow-up that never fires, all fixed while you are still in the work.
Why this matters: Correction in the moment is the fastest way to build a skill. You do not carry the mistake into the next part of the business.
How it lands: you leave each session with three concrete things to build, so the correction turns straight into your next week of work.
See the nine modulesMost graduates are doing this around a job, family or distance. The coaching is built for exactly that. The hands-on building happens in your own working days, and the one hour with your coach is reserved for substantive work on what you already built, never for catching up.
Why this matters: An hour a week becomes a practice stood up, because the rhythm respects the little time a working, parenting or caring graduate can spare.
Your week, mapped: the switcher further down the page walks through each day, from your build to your sixty-minute hour.
See the nine modulesThe business craft and the working practice you build in coaching do not expire when you land the first client. Built once, they carry you through your first year and through every client, invoice and booking that comes after.
Why this matters: You are not renting help for one launch. You are building a business, and a craft, that serves your whole career as a practitioner.

Every module follows the same loop: the coach demonstrates the setup, you build the working asset on your own practice, and you are corrected until it runs. Your journey, 01 to 9
Most graduates start a practice around a job, family or distance, so coaching has to fit a real week. The hands-on building happens in your working days, where you stand up each part on your own practice. The hour with your coach is reserved for substantive work on what you already built, never for catching up. Here is what each day looks like.
The first two days are spent doing the thing you and your coach worked through in the session: finish the website page you drafted together, wire up the invoice template, set the booking availability, or register the domain the way you agreed.
This is the smallest, most achievable kind of progress: applying a setup you have just been shown, on the practice that matters. Most graduates find these the most productive days of the week.
Now the harder building. You push into new territory: a full website page, a working pipeline, a reconciled month of books, using the method you are learning, on your own practice or a guided scenario.
This is where the transition feels lonely; you sit with the setup until it works. Even a rough first pass is better than none, and your coach will sharpen what you built.
You send your coach what you built this week: the website page you drafted, the invoice you set up, the pipeline you configured, the booking page you published.
You add two or three specific questions, the places the setup did not click. Sending it by Day 5 gives your coach two full working days to review your practice before you meet, and that is what makes the session substantive.
Behind the scenes, your coach goes through what you built: noting where the setup slipped, which step to demonstrate again, and the hands-on work to do with you tomorrow, the page to rebuild, the payment link to test, the cadence to fix.
You are not idle on Day 6. You are reading, practising or resting. But the substantive coaching work for the week is already under way on what you built.
You arrive with your practice already reviewed, so the hour is substantive from the first minute. You work the setup together: fix the page, test the payment link, structure the pipeline, tune the booking page, while the coach guides and you build.
You leave with three concrete things to build for the coming week, so the momentum carries straight into your next working days.
Within five working days of your session, a written summary of the fixes follows, so nothing from the hour is lost and you can act on it in your own time.
That summary, plus your three build tasks, is what turns one live hour into a full week of forward motion, and it repeats, week after week, until the practice is stood up.

A view of one coaching week. The building happens in your working days, and your live hour is reserved for substantive, hands-on work.
Every session runs the same way, so you always know what to expect and how to prepare.
Coaching builds the business craft and the working practice your revenue depends on, into you. These are the assets and skills you walk away owning, on this venture and every step after it.
Name what you sell and to whom, lock your domain, and stand up business email on that domain, so every prospect meets a practice that looks established from the first message.
Publish a mobile-ready website that explains and sells, set up invoicing with payment links, and turn getting paid into a link instead of a chase.
Reconcile your books, sort your expenses, and read a live profit-and-loss view, so you always know whether the practice is making money.
Run a client pipeline with a follow-up cadence so no lead goes cold, and let clients book and pay themselves without the scheduling back-and-forth.
Use the AI assistant to do the work of a team, verify every load-bearing output, build repeatable workflows with the checks inside them, and keep every skill for the whole career that follows.
I had the expertise but no business around it. My coach helped me name what I sell, lock my domain and stand up email and a website in weeks, and I landed my first paying client before the cycle ended, and I built every part of it myself.
I was invoicing from a free email and chasing money for weeks. We set up proper invoicing with payment links and clean books, and now clients pay through a link and I know exactly what I earn. It changed how the practice feels to run.
I thought AI would either replace me or get me in trouble. My coach showed me how to brief the assistant, edit it into my own voice and check every claim, and I now do the work of a small team myself, and I stayed on the right side of the line throughout.
Leads kept slipping and I double-booked myself constantly. We set up a pipeline with follow-ups and a booking page clients use themselves, and now nothing gets lost and my calendar runs itself, so I spend my time on the actual work.
All three tiers are the same One-to-One, hands-on coaching, and they differ by how many of the nine modules they cover. The first tier coaches modules 01 to 03, setting up the base of your practice. The middle tier adds modules 04 to 07, getting paid, keeping the books and filling the calendar, plus six months of e-learning access to modules 01 to 07. The top tier adds modules 08 to 09, running the practice lean with the AI assistant, the complete nine-module set, plus six months of e-learning access to all nine. You pay to enrol, then book your weekly sessions. Most graduates choose the middle option.
One-to-one, hands-on coaching on modules 01 to 04, the part every solo owner feels first and the systems that keep it from running on nerves alone. You face the human side of going solo, build the confidence to back yourself, position your practice, name and domain, and set up your practice engine: your service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines, the behind-the-scenes systems that hold your client records, invoicing, bookkeeping and scheduling, and efficient use of AI and digital tools. The mindset and the systems are coached side by side. The coach advises on the standards and routines, you build and run them on your own venture, and you own every output.
Everything in the Foundations coaching, plus live coaching on modules 05 to 16, built around the pains a solo owner actually feels: clients who never find you because you never market, work you priced too low because you never costed it, and admin that eats every evening. You stand up your professional email and storefront website, build your marketing and pipeline, lead your client conversations and video calls, cost and price your products and services, and stand up the behind-the-scenes systems that run without you: a single place where every client's details and history live, invoices that go out and get paid, books that stay current, and a booking page that lets clients schedule themselves and reminds them before they come, then finish with the resilience to sustain the solo life. The practice engine you set up in Foundations, your service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines and efficient use of AI and digital tools, runs underneath all of it. The human skills and the systems are coached together, the coach advises and corrects, and you build and own every part.
Everything in the sixteen-module coaching, plus a named escalation the full programme does not include: a launch-readiness review of your own live venture. Before you go live, your coach walks the whole venture with you, your storefront, pricing, pipeline, client records, invoicing, books and the behind-the-scenes systems in your practice engine, and stress-tests each one against a go-live checklist you complete and own, so you launch knowing what is ready and what still needs work. Includes six months of e-learning access to all sixteen modules so you can build and replay each setup in your own time.
Two low-pressure ways to explore before you enrol: ask us to call you back on WhatsApp at a time that suits you, or book a fit call to talk it through and review your practice and your goals together. Neither commits you to anything.
Leave your details and the time that suits you. We call you on WhatsApp, so it costs you nothing.
Pick a slot yourself on our calendar and we meet by video. We can talk it through and, if you like, review your work together.
The questions graduates ask most before enrolling. If yours is not here, ask before you pay.
We answer every enquiry personally, usually within a day, before you commit to anything.
It is One-to-One coaching, the flagship tier above our standalone lines. Each week a dedicated coach demonstrates the setup and guides you hands-on while you build the working parts of your practice yourself. That is different from our self-paced courses, which teach the craft as modules you study alone. Coaching is the higher-touch, higher-value option for standing up a whole practice One-to-One; if you need only one of the outcomes, a standalone product may suit you better.
Yes. Nobody needs to arrive with a registered business, clients or a finished website. If you already have a name, a domain or early clients, you are welcome to bring them into the build, but if you do not, AOSARS supplies guided scenarios so we stand up the practice from wherever you are starting. All you need is a laptop, a stable connection, a working email and a weekly commitment.
No, and that is the bright line the coach never crosses. Your coach explains the choices, corrects your setup and steers the decisions, but you build every part of the practice and take sole ownership and accountability for it. This is coached capability-building, not a service that builds the practice for you. It is exactly what keeps the practice, and the revenue, honestly yours.
The coaching is tool-agnostic. You stand up a business email suite, a website builder, an invoicing tool, an accounting tool, a client-pipeline or CRM tool and a bookings tool, and these are commonly set up together as one integrated business-apps suite so a booking can flow to your pipeline, invoice and follow-up. You learn the job each tool does, so the skill transfers even if you later choose a different product. You start on free tiers where they exist, so the cost of standing up the practice stays near zero.
AI is taught as a bounded, live-coached module, used as a directed, disclosed assistant, never as an uncredited stand-in for your judgement. You brief the AI assistant, edit every output into your own voice, verify every load-bearing claim, figure and name against a real source before it reaches a client, and disclose AI assistance wherever the context requires it. You build practical, disciplined fluency while staying firmly inside the integrity bright line.
You build through the week, send your work and two or three specific questions by Day 5, and meet your coach for one live hour at the weekend to work the setup together. Because your coach has reviewed your work beforehand, the hour is substantive from the first minute. You leave with three things to build next, and a written summary of the fixes follows within five working days.
The top tier adds live coaching on modules 08 to 09, running the practice lean with the AI assistant and building repeatable AI workflows, so it covers the complete nine-module set, and it adds six months of e-learning access to all nine modules. In every tier you build and practise each skill on your own current work and you own every output; the coach coaches the skill, you do the work.
