Payments are processed in USD as the primary currency. Instalment Payments

Where available, learners may apply to pay in two or three instalments over the duration of their course. The first instalment must be received before access is granted. Failure to complete subsequent instalments by agreed dates will result in temporary suspension of access until the balance is cleared. AOSARS EDGE does not charge interest on approved instalment plans.

  • If a payment fails, you will receive a notification with guidance on how to retry
  • For disputed charges, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] before raising a chargeback with your bank

Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

Our position on enrolment payments and cancellations

AOSARS EDGE invests significantly in creating high-quality, practitioner-led learning experiences. We do not offer refunds once enrolment has been confirmed and course access has been granted.

  • This applies regardless of the extent to which course content has been accessed
  • E-books and downloadable resources are non-refundable upon access
  • One-on-one coaching and consultancy sessions are non-refundable once booked
  • Enrolments under promotional pricing or institutional arrangements carry the same no-refund terms

Cancellation Before Enrolment

If you have initiated a payment but access has not yet been granted, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Cancellations at this stage are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AOSARS EDGE.

We strongly encourage all prospective learners to review course descriptions, prerequisites, and access duration carefully before completing payment. If you have questions prior to enrolment, our team is available at [email protected] or +254 724 800 626.

Course Access & Renewal Policy

Access duration, expiry, and renewal terms

Each AOSARS EDGE course carries a specified access period, which varies by course. The access duration applicable to your enrolment is stated on the individual course page at the time of purchase. Please review this carefully before enrolling, as it determines the window within which you must complete all modules and assessments.

What Your Access Period Includes

  • Full access to all course modules, readings, video content, and downloadable resources
  • Participation in course forums and the AOSARS Community Space
  • Access to any live or scheduled facilitator sessions within the enrolment window
  • Submission of all graded assessments and practical assignments

Course Renewal

Learners who have not completed their course within the stated access period may renew their access by making an additional payment through the standard payment channels available on the AOSARS EDGE platform, including card payment and mobile money. The renewal fee and the additional access period granted are as stated on the course page at the time of renewal.

  • Renewal payments are processed through the same channels used for initial enrolment
  • Access is restored promptly upon confirmation of successful payment
  • Renewal fees are non-refundable once the extended access period has commenced
  • Course content may be updated between your original enrolment and renewal; the current version of the course will be available upon renewal
To renew your course access, log in to your AOSARS EDGE dashboard and follow the renewal prompts, or contact us at [email protected] or +254 724 800 626 for assistance.

Certificate Deadline

Certificates of Participation are issued only within the active access period, including any approved renewals. Certificates will not be issued after access has expired without a current active enrolment.

Effective: April 2026

Certification Policy

How certificates of participation are awarded

AOSARS EDGE issues a Certificate of Participation to learners upon engagement with a course. A Certificate of Participation is a formal recognition that you attended and engaged with the course content. It does not, by itself, attest to mastery or completion of all assessments unless the specific course conditions for full completion have also been satisfied.

What a Certificate of Participation Means

A Certificate of Participation confirms that the learner was enrolled in and participated in the course during the active access period. It is evidence of attendance and engagement with the programme. Depending on the course, it may also reflect partial or full completion of the programme content. The certificate is a professional participation record and is not equivalent to a formal academic qualification or university award.

Certificate Issuance

  • Certificates of Participation are issued at the sole discretion of AOSARS EDGE
  • Issuance may be subject to a minimum level of course engagement as determined by AOSARS EDGE for each course
  • For courses with assessed components, full completion of assessments and attainment of the required pass mark may be a condition of certificate issuance, as stated in the course description
  • Payment of any outstanding balance on the learner's account must be cleared before a certificate is issued
  • Certificates will not be issued after access has expired without a current active enrolment

Certificate Features

  • Unique verification reference allowing employers and institutions to confirm authenticity
  • Shareable as a digital credential compatible with LinkedIn and professional profiles
  • Includes course title, facilitator name, participation period, and AOSARS EDGE credentials
AOSARS EDGE certificates are professional development credentials. They do not carry formal university accreditation unless explicitly stated in the course description. Queries regarding certificate eligibility should be directed to [email protected].
