One-to-one, hands-on coaching on modules 01 to 04, the part every solo owner feels first and the systems that keep it from running on nerves alone. You face the human side of going solo, build the confidence to back yourself, position your practice, name and domain, and set up your practice engine: your service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines, the behind-the-scenes systems that hold your client records, invoicing, bookkeeping and scheduling, and efficient use of AI and digital tools. The mindset and the systems are coached side by side. The coach advises on the standards and routines, you build and run them on your own venture, and you own every output.

• Applied to your own current work: you do every exercise on the venture you are starting right now, your mindset, your positioning, your name and domain, and the behind-the-scenes engine that will run your practice, and you own every output.
• Covers modules 01 to 04: facing the human side of going solo, confidence and mindset to back yourself, strategic positioning of your practice, name and domain, and building your practice engine of service standards, standard operating procedures, repeatable routines, behind-the-scenes business systems and efficient use of AI and digital tools.
• Four live one-to-one sessions, one a week of up to an hour, with a written summary of the fixes after each one.
• The efficient-use-of-AI-and-digital-tools work in the practice-engine module is shared with our consultancy transition coaching and our AI skill sets; if you have already covered it with us, tell us and we will not charge you twice.
• The coach demonstrates, advises and guides, you build and decide, and you are corrected in the moment.
