Live one-to-one coaching, from positioning yourself to a branded offer and a repeatable practice engine.

Live one-to-one, hands-on coaching on the first four modules: sharp positioning of yourself as a credible expert, strategic positioning of your consulting offer, packaging and branding that offer, and building your practice engine of service standards, repeatable routines and efficient use of AI and digital tools. The coach demonstrates each technique and advises on each choice, you build it on your own material, and you are corrected until it holds. You own every output.

• Applied to your own current work: you build and practise each skill on your own expertise, offer and profile, and you own every output.
• Covers modules 01 to 04: sharp positioning of yourself as a credible expert, strategic positioning of your consulting offer, packaging and branding your offer, and building your practice engine of service standards, repeatable routines and efficient use of AI and digital tools.
• Four live one-to-one sessions, one a week of up to an hour, with worked examples and close feedback throughout.
• The positioning work in modules 01 and 02 is shared with our academia and enterprise transition coaching, and the AI and digital-tools work in the practice-engine module is shared with our AI skill sets; if you have already covered either with us, tell us and we will not charge you twice.
• Leave with a positioned personal profile, a named and branded offer, and a repeatable practice engine you can run yourself.
